Carol founded HealthPro in 1986 after working as a RDH in private practice. Certified through the American Staffing Association and former Board Member with the New York Staffing Association, Carol has partnered with the American Academy of Dental Hygiene and the Westchester Dental Hygiene Association as a guest speaker promoting continuing education for the Dental Hygienist.
Alison Teitel
Alison has been a Recruiter with HealthPro since 2004, joining our team after receiving her BA from Northeastern University. She is recognized as a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association and sits on the New York Staffing Association’s Board of Directors. In addition to finding top talent for our clients, Alison specializes in employment law and practices.
Danielle Castaldo
Danielle started with Healthpro in 2006 after graduating Dominican College with a BA in Psychology. She is a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association and offers over 10 years of Dental Staffing expertise.
Vanessa Rahanaev
Vanessa is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College with a BA in Biology. She became a member of the HealthPro Team in 2015 and assists both dental practices and professionals with their employment needs.
